Includes a Report on the administration of the War Gratuity Act 1945-1947, published by the Commonwealth of Australia. Central War Gratuity Board, 1953. Also includes a framed black and white photograph of Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II greeting Captain H.E. Johnstone at the R.S.L. Rally, Melbourne Cricket Ground, February 1954 (PA BOX 66).

Harold Johnstone was born 9th November, 1906 and enlisted as a private in June, 1940. He served at Tobruk and was discharged as Captain, October 1945.
